January 1st 2009!  It's really hard to believe it.  Well, I don't have any New Year's Resolutions or anything.  I just can't wait to be back to my family. I had a pretty good Christmas.  I got to do a little traveling.  Went to Cancun, and enjoyed a super nice hotel on the beach.  The weather was perfect.

So, it doesn't feel like winter at all here in Carmen Island, Mexico.  It's like I could be having great time on the beach.  But, I'm going to save that for when my friend comes.  I'll spend this Christmas on the beach, swee huh? I've been living on an island for two weeks now, and I am enjoying it.  The people I am staying with are really sweet, and I am making lots of friends.  That's good, because the people back home seemed to have forgotten about me.  But, I guess that's how it goes. Out of site, out of mind!  But, that's fine, I'm doing all right with the warm sun, and the beach. I finally got to call my house for the first time on 3 months. It was nice, I talked to my neice, and my mom. My neice could hardly believe it was me. I can't wait to see her again!

I'm checking out flight prices for my trip back home in Febuary. I will be flying from Mexico to Texas, one way. And, the prices are pretty high. I am a little annoyed at that. It's not that long of a flight. I don't want to pay more than $300 for my flight, any more than is just crazy I think. Anyway, the best deal I found is where I'll have to take a bus 6 hours to catch my flight, and then it's $214. So far that's my best option.

3. Technorati- This site is all about blogs, and you need to have your blog listed here. Some advertisers base your blogs worth on your technorati rank.

4. Google Adsense- Get this for your blog to monetize it. If you have good traffic it is easy to make money this Google adsense.

I have have allergies. Terrible allergies, and they are not just seasonal. I have them all year round. So, I know how bad they can be. Can you believe that Novemeber is already gone? Wow! Thanksgiving is coming, and I always enjoy celebrating with my family.  It's a really nice holiday.  but, right now I am in Mexico, and they don't celebrate it here. Of course not, because it is an American holiday.  That's ok I guess.  Because, I can only handle turkey about 1 time a year.  But, I will miss all the other stuff, life the get togethers, and all the other great snacks!
